Yes, you will receive receipts in the form of 2 separate e-mails, one confirming your order and another confirming that your order has shipped.

Your order can be changed or canceled only if it has not already been shipped. Remember that we typically process and ship gift baskets within 1-2 business days of ordering. Just send an e-mail to: Admin@BasketsNCrafts.com.

If an item in the gift basket you receive is damaged/ defective when it arrives, PLEASE e-mail us within 3 days of receiving your gift basket (at Admin@BasketsNCrafts.com) with a description of the defect or damage.

Yes, we reserve the right to substitute any item for another of equal or higher value. This will only occur if an item becomes unavailable. You can be sure that children will enjoy the items in any Baskets-N-Crafts gift basket you order!

We accept returns of gift baskets within 14 days of the date you receive your gift basket. Refunds will only be issued if gift baskets are returned in new condition (plastic wrap around the gift basket completely intact and no items within the gift basket missing or tampered with). Please e-mail us (at Admin@BasketsNCrafts.com) and let us know that you would like to return the basket. We will respond to your e-mail with additional information including a return address.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the gift basket. Once your gift basket arrives and is inspected for any damage, you will be refunded the amount paid for the gift basket less the original shipping charge.
